Men at Work are an Australian rock band formed in Melbourne in 1979 and fronted by singer-guitarist Colin Hay, the group's only constant member. They achieved international success in the early 1980s with songs including Down Under, Who Can It Be Now?, Overkill and It's a Mistake.
