Kitchen Dwellers are a bluegrass quartet from Bozeman, Montana, formed in 2010 by students at Montana State University. Shawn Swain (mandolin), Torrin Daniels (banjo), Joe Funk (upright bass) and Max Davies (guitar) fold psychedelia and electronics into acoustic string-band music, a sound they call Galaxy Grass. Their albums include Ghost in the Bottle, Muir Maid, Wise River and Seven Devils.
