Tony Hall is a New Orleans bassist, guitarist and vocalist and a founding member of the funk band Dumpstaphunk. He has recorded and toured with the Neville Brothers, Dr. John, Harry Connick Jr., Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson and Bonnie Raitt, among others.
