The Wholigans are a tribute band devoted to The Who, formed in 1982 and centered on the group's Live at Leeds era. Fronted by vocalist Barry Quinn, they have headlined four International Who conventions since 2003, appeared on NBC and BBC broadcasts, and opened for classic rock acts including Blue Oyster Cult and Foghat.
