THE STRAY CATS is a legendary American rockabilly revival band formed in 1979 in Massapequa, Long Island, New York by guitarist/vocalist Brian Setzer, upright bassist Lee Rocker, and drummer Slim Jim Phantom. Credited with spearheading the global 1980s retro-rockabilly revival, the trio scored massive international hits including 'Rock This Town,' 'Stray Cat Strut,' and '(She's) Sexy + 17.' Inducted into the Long Island Music Hall of Fame, the band tours historic theaters worldwide including the Uptown Theater in Kansas City, Missouri.
