The Slocan Ramblers

The Slocan Ramblers are a Toronto bluegrass band formed in 2010, made up of Adrian Gross on mandolin, Charles James on bass, Bryan McDowell on fiddle and banjo, and Darryl Poulsen on guitar. The group has received a JUNO nomination, was named IBMA Momentum Band of the Year in 2020, and won Ensemble of the Year at the 2023 Canadian Folk Music Awards. They have performed at the Grand Ole Opry, MerleFest and RockyGrass, and signed to Mountain Fever Records in 2026. Their Mountain Fever project Guests Vol. 1 - Nashville was produced by Alan O'Bryant of the Nashville Bluegrass Band.
