The Hazel Project is a bluegrass band performing music written and recorded by Hazel Dickens and Alice Gerrard. The quartet features Betsy Green on fiddle, Gretchen Bowder on banjo, Winnie Roy on guitar and Lindsay Talmage on bass, drawing on songs about social injustice, working life, love and loss.
