The Broken Hearts

The Broken Hearts is a Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers tribute band from Gainesville, Florida, formed in 2017 after Petty's death by bassist Charlie Souza, who played alongside Petty in Mudcrutch. Now based in the Tampa Bay area and touring nationally with singer Shawn Scheller, the band draws on the Heartbreakers catalog, Petty's solo work, Mudcrutch and the Traveling Wilburys.
