The Boss Project is a South Florida tribute to Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, founded in 2013 by singer Paul Gold and drummer Cary Stadtlander and debuting that December in Hollywood, Florida. The nine-piece lineup assigns each member a counterpart in Springsteen's band, covering material from across his catalog.
