Suzy Bogguss

Suzy Bogguss is a country singer-songwriter born in Aledo, Illinois in 1956 whose work also draws on folk. She broke through in the early 1990s with the platinum album Aces and the gold-certified Voices in the Wind and Something Up My Sleeve, won the ACM Top New Female Vocalist award in 1989 and the CMA Horizon Award in 1992, and took a Grammy for Best Traditional Folk Album in 2005.
