String Therapy

bluegrass

String Therapy is a progressive bluegrass band based in Lancaster, Ohio, formed in central Ohio in 2001 after founding members met at the Musicians Against Childhood Cancer benefit. The group cites Tony Rice, Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Bela Fleck and New Grass Revival as influences, mixes occasional rock covers into its sets, and still performs each July at that Columbus benefit festival, which supports St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
