Split Lip Rayfield is a Kansas bluegrass and alternative country band formed in 1995, known for an acoustic sound that draws on punk and metal energy. The current lineup is Jeff Eaton on bass, Wayne Gottstine on mandolin and Eric Mardis on banjo; founding guitarist Kirk Rundstrom died in 2007. The band records for Bloodshot Records, with albums including Never Make It Home, Should Have Seen It Coming and On My Way.
