Shaw Revolver is a family rock trio from Beebe, Arkansas, formed in 2019 by guitarist and vocalist Michael Shaw with his two daughters, Dresden Star and Brielle Ashlyn, both of whom sing and play multiple instruments; Brielle covers roughly eighteen. The band bills itself as a father-and-daughters trio and mixes rock, alternative, rockabilly and acoustic material, with lyrics running from love and heartbreak to social subjects and life on the road. Far From Home, drawn from their touring, is the song they point to most often. They work as a full-time national touring act, building an audience through steady live dates and word of mouth rather than radio or label support, and play bars, lounges and small clubs across the United States.
