Sandy Weltman and The Sandcats is a St. Louis trio led by harmonica player Sandy Weltman, with Steve Schenkel on guitar and Rick Vice on bass. Weltman studied with harmonica player Howard Levy and plays diatonic and chromatic harmonica across jazz, blues, bluegrass, klezmer and Latin styles.
