Saint Pepsi is a stage name of Ryan DeRobertis, a producer who grew up in Farmingville, New York and works in future funk, nu-disco and vaporwave. He launched the project in December 2012, later retired the name after legal threats from PepsiCo, adopted the name Skylar Spence in 2015 and released Prom King on Carpark Records that year, then revived the Saint Pepsi name for releases and live shows in 2019.
