Russell Moore is a bluegrass singer and guitarist who leads the band Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out, formed in 1991. The group plays bluegrass and gospel and has won multiple International Bluegrass Music Association awards, and Moore has been named IBMA Male Vocalist of the Year six times, including in 1994, 1997 and 2010.
