Rob Ickes

Rob Ickes is an American resonator guitar (dobro) player, born in 1967 in San Francisco and based in Nashville since 1992. A founding member of the bluegrass band Blue Highway, with which he played from 1994 to 2015, he has won 15 IBMA Resophonic Guitar Player of the Year awards and now records and tours in a duo with guitarist Trey Hensley for Compass Records.
