Rex Rideout is a fiddler and Western music performer based in Conifer, Colorado. He has performed and recorded historical frontier and Western music with historian and musician Mark Lee Gardner for roughly four decades, works as a living history interpreter at sites including Fort Laramie, and appeared as the fiddler in the film Cowboys & Aliens.
