Phurn is an electronic producer and DJ based in Denver, Colorado. He is one of the founders and curators of the record label and artist collective Qualia, and releases his own music independently through Bandcamp and SoundCloud rather than through an outside label. His output sits on the bass-music side of electronic production rather than four-on-the-floor dance, and he tags his releases as bass music, dubstep and experimental electronic alongside more melodic material. The album Miles Apart, released in February 2025, is built almost entirely from collaborations, pairing him in turn with the producers Coffey, Lowcation and Supernatural across its first three tracks before closing with a solo piece; other released tracks include Bristlecone and Adders Tongue. He performs in the Denver club circuit, including Cervantes' Other Side.
