Peter Rowan and Sam Grisman Project is a collaboration between bluegrass singer and guitarist Peter Rowan and the Sam Grisman Project, performing the catalog of Old & In the Way, the 1970s band Rowan formed with David Grisman and Jerry Garcia. Rowan, born in 1942 in Wayland, Massachusetts, played with Bill Monroe's Blue Grass Boys and was inducted into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame in 2022.
