Paul Oakenfold is an English DJ, record producer and remixer born in London in 1963, and a central figure in the spread of acid house and trance. He founded Perfecto Records in 1988, was voted the world's top DJ by DJ Magazine in 1998 and 1999, and has released the studio albums Bunkka, A Lively Mind, Trance Mission and Shine On.
