Panama is a Van Halen tribute band based in Stow, Ohio, formed by frontman Ric D'Rose. The lineup pairs D'Rose as David Lee Roth with Tony Fondale as Eddie Van Halen, Jonny Olds as Michael Anthony and Larry Kuchta as Alex Van Halen, and the set concentrates on Van Halen's 1979 to 1984 era.
