Nation of Language is an American synth-pop and post-punk band formed in Brooklyn, New York in 2016. The trio of Ian Devaney, Aidan Noell and Alex MacKay builds synthesizer-driven songs on 1980s new wave and Krautrock influences. Their debut album Introduction, Presence appeared in 2020 and was followed by A Way Forward in 2021.
