Matisyahu is the stage name of Matthew Paul Miller, an American singer, rapper and beatboxer born in West Chester, Pennsylvania in 1979 and raised in White Plains, New York. He blends reggae, rock and hip hop with Jewish spiritual themes, and broke through with the 2005 single King Without a Crown and the live album Live at Stubb's.
