Mammoth is an American hard rock band led by multi-instrumentalist Wolfgang Van Halen, who launched the project under the name Mammoth WVH and shortened it to Mammoth in 2025. The self-titled 2021 debut reached number 12 on the Billboard 200 and number one on Billboard's Top Hard Rock Albums chart, and the 2023 follow-up Mammoth II reached number 29 on the Billboard 200 and also topped Top Hard Rock Albums. Van Halen played nearly everything on the debut himself, and the group tours as a full live band.
