Māh Ze Tār is the project of vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Maz Karandish, who fuses Persian and Middle Eastern traditions with electronic global bass production. He performs on sitar, oud, ney and duduk, has released Liquid Lotus and the double album Reeshe (Roots), and was a member of Balkan Bump from 2021 to 2024.
