Los Tranquilos is an American Latin alternative, Chicano soul, and indie ballad quartet based in Nipomo, California, formed in 2022. Fronted by brothers Manny Martinez (lead vocals, guitar, keys) and JJ Martinez (bass) alongside guitarist Cameron Porter and drummer Richie Guereca, the band crafts a signature 'Romantica Soul' sound blending 1960s/70s soul, bolero, cumbia, and Latin psychedelia on releases including Todos Tranquilos (2024). The group tours across California stages, including Felton Music Hall in Santa Cruz, Soda Bar in San Diego, and the Oakland Museum of California.
