Lola Rising is a six-piece band from Denver, Colorado, playing ukulele-driven island folk rock that blends reggae and folk. The group takes its name from frontman Paul Medina Guevara's song about his grandmother, was named Denver's best reggae band by Westword in 2019, and has released the album Westward Bound and the EP Moving Forward.
