Laurie Lewis

Laurie Lewis is a bluegrass and folk singer, songwriter and fiddler based in Berkeley, California. Born in 1950, she played in the Good Ol' Persons and founded the Grant Street String Band before forming Laurie Lewis and the Right Hands in 2006. She was named IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 1992 and 1994 and won the 1994 IBMA Song of the Year for Who Will Watch the Home Place.
