LaMP is a jam trio formed in December 2018 in Burlington, Vermont, made up of drummer Russ Lawton, guitarist Scott Metzger and keyboardist Ray Paczkowski, whose surnames give the band its name. Lawton and Paczkowski also play together in the Trey Anastasio Band and the duo Soule Monde, while Metzger performs with Joe Russo's Almost Dead. The trio's releases include a self-titled debut EP and the album One of Us.
