Kenny and Amanda Smith are a husband-and-wife bluegrass duo who met at a bluegrass festival in the late 1990s and released their debut album in 2001. They were named IBMA Emerging Artist of the Year in 2003; Kenny, a flatpicking guitarist from Nine Mile, Indiana, and a former member of the Lonesome River Band, has twice won the IBMA Guitar Player of the Year award, and Amanda was named IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 2014. They record for Rebel Records.
