Keiko Matsui

Keiko Matsui is a pianist, keyboardist and composer born in Tokyo, Japan, who works in smooth jazz and new age music. She released her debut solo album A Drop of Water in 1987, and her 1995 album Sapphire charted on Billboard's Top Contemporary Jazz Albums chart. She has recorded with musicians including Bob James, Richard Bona and Vinnie Colaiuta.
