Journey is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1973 and known for its arena rock anthems. The band's best-known lineup paired vocalist Steve Perry with guitarist Neal Schon and keyboardist Jonathan Cain, whose 1981 album Escape reached number one in the United States; Arnel Pineda has fronted the group since 2007.
