Joshua Redman

Joshua Redman is an American jazz saxophonist and composer, born in 1969 in Berkeley, California, and the son of saxophonist Dewey Redman. He won the Thelonious Monk International Jazz Saxophone Competition in 1991 and has recorded for Warner Bros., Nonesuch and Blue Note, leading groups including the Joshua Redman Quartet, the Elastic Band and James Farm.
