Johnny and the Yooahoos

Johnny and the Yooahoos are a bluegrass and folk quartet formed in southern Germany in 2018, playing banjo, mandolin, guitar and upright bass behind three-part vocal harmonies. They won the 2024 IBMA International Band Performance Grant, which funded a five-week United States tour in 2025 that included appearances at the Grand Ole Opry and the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival.
