Jason Carter

Jason Carter is an American bluegrass fiddler born in Ashland, Kentucky in 1973. He played in the Del McCoury Band from the early 1990s until 2025 and has been a member of the Travelin' McCourys since their 2009 founding, winning the IBMA fiddle player of the year award six times; his solo albums are On the Move (1997) and Lowdown Hoedown (2022).
