Jared & the Jumpshooters

Jared & the Jumpshooters is the band of roots musician Jared McGovern, based in Lawton, Oklahoma. McGovern has been a staple of the roots world for nearly two decades, getting his start playing bass for Bob Wayne, Wayne Hancock and Jayke Orvis, and in 2014 he formed the hillbilly swing trio The Urban Pioneers. After a hiatus from the road he returned fronting the Jumpshooters.
