In Plain Air

In Plain Air is an American psychedelic and alternative rock trio formed in Denver, Colorado, in 2019. Composed of bassist/vocalist Jake DeMarco, guitarist/vocalist Ben Maillaro, and drummer Nate Tharp, the group blends heavy psych-rock riffs, progressive song structures, jazz harmonies, and atmospheric guitar textures. Following their EPs Pillars and Sunnyside (2023), the band has established a prominent presence in the Denver live music scene, performing at Cervantes' Other Side, Hi-Dive, Lost Lake Lounge, and Fox Theatre.
