Hannah Wolkstein

Hannah Wolkstein is a Wisconsin-based cellist who performs as a soloist and ensemble musician throughout the state. She earned a bachelor's degree in music education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied with Uri Vardi and Parry Karp, and later spent two years in Atlanta apprenticing with Wolfgang Laufer. She is a founding member of the Avanti Piano Trio, which has been recorded for PBS and Wisconsin Public Radio.
