Half Moon Jug Band is a jug band from Portland, Maine that started around 1999 as street performers on Exchange Street and now plays theaters and festivals around the Northeast. The group performs on banjos, guitars, kazoos and drums and builds its shows around jokes, stories and audience sing-alongs. It has released seven studio albums between 2001 and 2023.
