Graveyard Pete & the New Appalachian Sound is a Columbus, Ohio group playing folk, bluegrass and folk rock with country blues elements. The band released the eleven-track album Castles in the Sand in June 2025, which includes the songs Counting on You, Dead on the Ground and Columbus Homesick Blues.
