Eliot Lipp

Eliot Lipp is an American electronic music artist and DJ based in Brooklyn, New York. His work was picked up by Scott Herren of Prefuse 73, and in 2004 he released his first studio album on Eastern Developments Music, the independent label Herren co-founded.
