DJ Shadow

DJ Shadow is the stage name of Josh Davis, an American producer and DJ born in San Jose and raised in Davis, California, active since 1989. His 1996 debut Endtroducing....., assembled entirely from samples, is regarded as a landmark of instrumental hip hop; later albums include The Private Press, The Outsider, The Mountain Will Fall and Our Pathetic Age.
