DakhaBrakha is a Ukrainian folk quartet formed in Kyiv in 2004 out of the avant-garde Dakh Contemporary Arts Center, where Vladyslav Troitskyi remains its producer. The group comprises Marko Halanevych, Olena Tsybulska, Iryna Kovalenko and Nina Harenetska, combining Ukrainian traditional song with percussion, cello and instruments drawn from around the world. It received the Shevchenko National Prize in 2020 and has played Bonnaroo, Glastonbury and the Newport Folk Festival.
