Chuck Prophet

Chuck Prophet is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist based in California, born in Whittier in 1963. He first gained notice in the 1980s as a member of the desert-rock band Green on Red, began a solo career with Brother Aldo in 1990, and has recorded for Yep Roc Records since 2007. He tours with his backing band the Mission Express and released Wake the Dead, made with the cumbia group Qiensave, in 2024.
