Catch Your Breath is an American rock band based in Austin, Texas, formed in 2017 and drawing on alternative rock, post-hardcore and metalcore. Its debut album Shame on Me arrived in 2023 via Thriller Records, and the 2022 single Dial Tone reached the Billboard Hot Hard Rock chart.
