Caroline Owens is a North Carolina-born bluegrass vocalist signed to Nashville's Billy Blue Records. She has been nominated three times for the International Bluegrass Music Association's Momentum Female Vocalist of the Year, and released the single Telluride on Billy Blue Records in 2025.
