Carlene Carter is an American country and Americana singer-songwriter, born in Tennessee in 1955, the daughter of June Carter Cash and Carl Smith and a granddaughter of Maybelle Carter. Her albums include I Fell in Love (1990), her highest-charting country album at number 19, Little Love Letters (1993) and Carter Girl (2014), the last featuring Willie Nelson, Vince Gill and Kris Kristofferson.
