Bywater Call

Bywater Call is a Canadian Southern soul and roots-rock band formed in Toronto, Ontario, in 2017. Fronted by lead vocalist Meghan Parnell and slide guitarist Dave Barnes alongside bassist Mike Meusel, drummer Bruce McCarthy, keyboardist Andrew Moljgun, and a two-piece horn section of Stephen Dyte and Julian Nalli, the seven-piece ensemble combines Memphis soul, blues, and southern jam-rock. The band has toured extensively throughout Europe and North America, earning multiple Maple Blues Award nominations and UK Blues Award recognition. Their studio discography includes their 2019 self-titled debut, Remain (2022), and Shepherd.
