Bill Kirchen

Bill Kirchen is an American guitarist and singer based in Austin, Texas, and originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan. He was a founding member of Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen, the band behind the top-10 single Hot Rod Lincoln, and his later albums include Hammer of the Honky-Tonk Gods and Word to the Wise. Guitar Player magazine called him the Titan of the Telecaster, and he describes his country-rockabilly hybrid as dieselbilly.
